Forthcoming Walks

Each walk takes approximately one and a half to two hours, but of course you can leave at any time. We suggest a donation of £5.00p

NO NEED TO BOOK! Just turn up!

Tuesday June 24th, meet 6.30pm (after 5.30pm Mass) steps of Westminster Cathedral. We will walk through St James Park and Green Park discovering, on the way, a Chapel Royal, a forgotten leper colony, and a Coat of Arms depicting Mary and the Christ-child.

SUNDAY June 29th, meet 3pm (note time!) Church of the Most Precious Blood, OMeara Street London SE1 1TN. We will explore a forgotten  bishop's palace, a prison,  and a Viking battle, and then cross London Bridge to The Monument commemorating the Great Fire of London, and, if time, finish at the birthplace of St John Henry Newman.

THURSDAY July 10th, meet 5pm (NOTE TIME!) meet main gate, St Mary's University, Waldegrave Road, Strawberry Hill, Twickenham TW1 4SX (nearest station: Strawberry Hill). We'll discover the story of Strawberry Hill and then walk along the river to Richmond ( from where it is easy to catch a train/tube to London or back to Twickenham), via the residence of an exiled Royal family, and of a Royal mistress, and more...
