Health and Safety

Covid 19 Safety:  We are observing social distancing and maintaining the use of hand sanitisers following current precautions.  All our groupings remain outdoors and follow up-to-date government guidelines on sizings. 

Important Note:  We take safety seriously. Please note, you are responsible for your own safety at all times whilst on the walks. Parents or Guardians are responsible for the children in their care whilst on the walks.
We have a variety of of walks, covering different terrains and distances, by all means talk to us about accommodating your fitness levels when coming on the walks. 

Take care in crossing the roads at all times. Follow the 'Green Cross Code' at all times.

If you take medication, please ensure that you have this on you.
You may wish to notify the walk Guide if you have a medical condition. Please be advised that the Guides have no medical or first aid training.


Practical Advice

Please wear clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions, We keep our walks no matter the weather, so be prepared!

Given the British weather... you may wish to bring an umbrella!  Water bottles are advisable and of course, comfortable shoes. Allow around 1.5 to 2 hours for the walk.
